Referral Partner Program Frequently Asked Questions

How often is revenue share paid?

Once your lead has successfully signed a contract and is officially our client, you will receive commission payments on a quarterly basis.

Is this a one-time payment?

No. You will be paid your revenue share for up to 3 years of our agreement with your referred customer.

How many dental professionals can I refer?

We invite you to refer to us as many dental practices as you choose. There is no limit.

When will I get my first payment?

You will receive payment 30 days after the end of each quarter in which Practice by Numbers receives payment from the referred customer.


Does the amount of revenue share change over time?

Yes. Get in touch with us and we will review the finer details of our contract.


Do I have to apply every time I want to refer someone?

No. Once you are added to our referral partner program, you can continue sending us your dental professionals without any extra steps
