Software is our craft and our passion. At Practice by Numbers, we create software to solve business problems for our dentists. There is no better feeling then to have a product that our clients trust and use to make their lives easier.
We also want to reduce waste and death by thousand cuts in dental offices. Since 2010, there has been a proliferation of IT services needed to run a dental office. Starting from your PMS, a typical dental office currently uses a reminders service, reviews service, analytics service, scheduling service, payment service, forms service, telemedicine service, membership plans service and more. Our aim is to consolidate all IT software needs a dental office has so it is cost effective and efficient because its all integrated.
Our co-founders quickly saw the gaps that existed in the market, and were committed to helping other practices in the way they wish they had when they first were starting out.
Practice By Numbers addresses many of the IT and business management-related pain points that dental practice owners encounter – including lack of transparency with reporting, a key understanding of important metrics that it takes to run a practice, and a seamless solution that easily integrates into the platforms that dentists and their staff use each and every day.
